About Matt Keller

Matt Keller is founder of Advance One Day and the founding and lead pastor of Next Level Church in Fort Myers. Since launching AOD, Matt has worked with such companies as Chick-fil-A, Walgreens, the Florida Country Club Managers Association, Waypoint Homes as well as industries ranging from the medical field to the construction world. He’s led Next Level Church from 15 people in a coffee shop to over 3,200 in 3 locations. Matt is also the Founder of the Fort Myers Dream Center, a non-profit outreach center that exists to help meet the needs and challenges of our community, while bringing hope and restoring dreams. Over the past two decades, Matt has helped thousands of leaders around the country take their organizations, teams and influence to the next level.

Kyle Jackson is the Executive Teaching Pastor at Next Level Church and oversees Next Level Coaching. He travels and speaks nationally, challenging organizations and their teams on leadership development, business strategies and staff culture. As part of the Executive Leadership Team of Next Level Church, Kyle is instrumental in leading the decisions of the organization. He uses his humor and energetic speaking style to compel, entertain and most importantly challenge audiences in the church and the business space alike.

About Sarah Keller

Sarah Keller is the founding and Co-Lead Pastor of Next Level Church in Fort Myers with her husband, Matt. She guides and shapes the vision of Next Level Church and invests time daily leading and developing the 50+ staff. Sarah has been instrumental in leading Advance One Day since it’s inception. She is a problem-solver and strategist at heart, but she never forgets that the vision ultimately flows through the leaders. Through various speaking engagements, Sarah has become a thought leader in her field.

Advance One Day will be hosted at the BRAND NEW FSW Suncoast Arena this year! We’re so excited to be one of the first events at this beautiful facility.

The FSW Suncoast Arena is located on the Lee Campus of Florida Southwestern University next to the Barbara B Mann Performing Arts Hall. There is plenty of on-site parking, a 3500 seat capacity and the perfect layout for a day of leadership learning.
